TNT Dental offers a team of marketing experts to help you build your brand, website and dental practice. Our experts (known as Practice Growth Leaders), establish the rapport with our clients through a variety of tools and resources. But, they do so much more than just that.
As a relationship and dental marketing expert, Lindsey Campbell works with our clients as an account manager and marketing consultant. In her role as a Practice Growth Leader, she works one-on-one with your team to hear out your ideas and help you get the most value out of your dental marketing budget! You can consider our Practice Growth Leaders not only someone you work with; they’re a part of your team, as a marketing consultant. TNT works with thousands of dental practices, so our marketing experts can bring that knowledge of dentistry to your team to help develop the best strategy for you.
“I truly enjoy encouraging and advancing our clients’ marketing knowledge while helping grow their practice.”
It’s not just a one-way street, though. Lindsey learns as much from her experiences working with our clients as they do from her.
“Not everyone communicates the same way,” she says. “Learning and understanding the best way to communicate with clients on an individual basis has really helped me build relationships and succeed at being a member of their team.”

What is the Biggest Marketing Challenge in the Dental Industry?
Undone Dentistry poses more of a problem for our clients than anything else. It’s so important to get a handle on all those treatment plans that have been forgotten or never completed.
Getting to Know Lindsey
- Born & raised in Texas
- Passionate about the North Texas Food Bank
- Loves to run the Katy Trail, travel & plan her upcoming wedding
What Marketing Strategies Can Help Overcome This?
The most immediate strategy designed to reel in those patients with undone dentistry is to use TNT’s “Recall Base Marketing” program. Our Practice Growth Leaders will collaborate with your team to send out targeted email newsletters to your patients and build your referral network.
So, if you have offered treatment plans, such as dental implants, to your patients, we can specifically target those patients’ email addresses with a newsletter focusing on that particular treatment plan. It speaks directly to those patients, helping them realize the importance of getting that undone dentistry scheduled!
“It is a highly effective program I’ve seen work tremendously well for several practices I help,” Lindsey says. “The magic is in the numbers. We can see how many people open the message, click the links, and ultimately contact the practice through a form or phone call.”
But What Can I Do Today to Attract More Patients?
Lindsey agrees there are many tactics available designed to bring in more patients to your practice, but her personal favorite is advertising on Google using Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies. “Depending on the offer, a Google PPC campaign can almost immediately boost your new patient count and/or your revenue,” she says.
- Received BBA degree in Management & Marketing from Ouachita Baptist University
- She and her fiancée started the young professional committee for the NTFB
TNT’s PPC team fully manages each campaign and tracks conversion through our Call Tracking Software. Lindsey likes getting in there and delving a little deeper into those results, as well. She says, “I enjoy digging into the details and researching each campaign. This allows me to learn more about the practice and its location. I’m able to apply PPC search terms to organic search and build the overall presence of the practice on the Internet. It’s a win-win!”
What Else Can I Provide You to Ensure Success?
Monthly communication and sharing new patient numbers are critical to building the pathway to success for your dental practice. These two factors go hand-in-hand. Your practice may be succeeding based on website performance, but without knowledge of the patient and/or production/collection numbers, we can’t get an accurate assessment of the overall picture.
Between all the discussions, meetings and research, Lindsey loves what she does for her clients. “My purpose is to help a practice grow by offering insights based on marketing knowledge, and then implementing whatever we decide as a team,” she states. “Hearing the excitement when a client tells me that their new patient numbers increased or that they landed a large case is beyond rewarding when I know that I was a part of the process.”
Lindsey and the rest of our Practice Growth Leaders and dental marketing experts work diligently to address your needs and work alongside you on marketing your practice in the most effective and efficient way possible! If you’re ready to take that next step and find your next strategic team member, give us a call at TNT Dental today!
